Where does your jewelry come from?


Our signet rings are handmade in Turkey by artisans specializing in solid 925 silver. We work closely with them to create exclusive designs signed BijouNour.

Is the money certified?


Yes. All our jewelry is made from certified 925 sterling silver , with a lapping finish to ensure greater shine and protection against oxidation.

What are the delivery times?

Manufacturing: Each piece is made to order within 72 working hours

Delivery: Then shipped via DHL or UPS express , in 3 working days (Europe, USA, Canada)

Will I pay customs fees or VAT on delivery?

No, never.

BijouNour fully covers all customs fees and VAT , as soon as they appear.

You don't pay anything at reception : it's an exclusive service , included in your purchase.

Do you offer returns?


Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange, if the jewelry has not been worn.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Is there a guarantee ?

Yes. All our jewelry is guaranteed for 12 months against any manufacturing defect or abnormal alteration (excluding breakage, shocks, or scratches).

Do you offer engraving or customization?


Not at the moment. Each signet ring is a handcrafted piece that's already exclusive. However, we're working on a future customizable collection.

Can I track my order?


Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the DHL or UPS tracking number . You can track your package in real time.
